1 · Every trade of $HAYSTACK generates creator fees. They pile up in the pot wallet — watch it on-chain, live.
2 · One shared haystack: 50,000 patches × 100 strands = 5,000,000 pieces of hay. One patch hides the needle. Everybody digs the same field at the same time.
3 · The needle's location was hashed (SHA-256) and published before the round started. The server can't move it. You can't read it. Verify here.
4 · The digger whose scoop uncovers the needle wins — the pot pays out to their connected wallet, receipt posted. New needle, new hash, new round.
5 · Digging is free. It's rate-limited per digger so bots can't vacuum the field. More diggers = faster rounds = more payouts.
6 · The one rule: the pot only pays a finder holding $100+ of $HAYSTACK at the moment of the find. No hold — the pot rolls into the next stack.
